Where in the World?

As of yesterday at 3:45 pm, my mission papers were turned in to the stake president, who sent them off to Salt Lake City last night. And in about two weeks (give or take a day or two for mail routes and such), I will have my mission call!
So, this is everyone's chance - Where am going to be serving my mission? Stateside? Foreign? Will I be learning a new language? Maybe I'll meet up with someone famous or I could meet up with your relatives. Take a guess. If you guess right... you will have the great honor of knowing you guessed where I'm going. Also, don't forget to say why you think I'm going there, because I'll be curious. It could be as simple as "That's just what I thought of" or something more complex.
As they say in Vegas: Place your bets, people (not with any actual money, of course ^_^)

Date: 2007-11-29 05:48 pm (UTC)Watch, now that I say that, you'll be called to Ohio or something. I have a cousin that just got back from a mission there. Awesome mission. It really doesn't matter where you go, it's exciting all the same (easy for me to say, right?)
For a bit of advice, don't expect to go to a certain place or area, because if your not called there, you'll probably be disapointed and your area will have to grow on you instead of liking it from the start. It makes your work a little more difficult. I obviously don't have mcuh experience in this, but I know people who have and it's common sense really. Just be careful.

And just so you know, my brother also thinks I'm going to France or at least somewhere in Europe. I should keep a running tally of this, probably ^_^
