The Best News I've Heard All Week!!
Nov. 3rd, 2006 03:02 pmOkay, it was really yesterday, but I need to celebrate here:
The Wildcat is graduating next spring!! I get to blow this popsicle stand!!! Happy Happy Happy Days!!11!!!
I guess taking an hour off work was worth it. I just had to go camp out in the HASS advising center and make them see me. Once I got into my advisor's office, I was out in ten minutes with the necessary paperwork. All I have to do is wait for my graduation packet to come in sometime next week and fill out that bad boy, but this time next year, I will be an Adult with a Jorb (er... Job, dang that Coach Z ^_^) I'll still be taking 15 credits, but it will be my last 15 credits that I need and the stress just .... leaves.
In other news, the office hired a new receptionist, which would be a downer at any other time except now. The best thing is that it's a girl that was my neighbor last fall semester. She's married now, but it's cool because I already knew her and, to be honest, I'm not so attached anymore now that my plans for the summer have significantly changed. I'm not really planning on telling my boss I'm leaving at the end of the school year until, maybe, April. Hey, I've gotta look out for myself, you know.
I'm just so ... SQUEEEEE!!!
Love from,
Jenny Wildcat
