We have all been waiting patiently...
Mar. 12th, 2006 07:56 pmIt's about bloody time that I made it home. Let me tell you about my day (as though you really care...oh wait, you do!)
Woke up at AshLee's and it was snowing with a capital SUCK! Ash and I tried to make it to South Jordan for Natalie's farewell, but when you have semis off the road and the regular batch of nutjobs that frequent I-15 in Salt Lake County... it ain't pretty. So we turned around and I went through Lehi to Tooele to Wendover (where it was not snowing) and came home to the desert two hours earlier than I expected to.
The house is done! Well, the kitchen is and we can actually hang out in it a bit. The carpet guys are coming tomorrow and I'm in the cabin for one last (I hope) night. I have a blow up matress for after the carpet gets put in (Happy Day!)
I finally got to play around on jkrowling.com and find all the new goodies the only way I know how: cheating. I open up another window and go to the Harry Potter Lexicon for the hints (or outright telling-you-how-to-do-its) for Jo's site. As of now, I have twelve (wow, that's an omninous number ^_^) pieces of original drafts, drawings and all sorts of goodies that only an HP nut like myself would care about (if only I could get to Lumos 2006 in Vegas this July... it's sold out, I guess...)
Whelp, I'm going to continue the grand tradition of LiveJournaling with my little sister. Look for her when she gets the stuff going!
Love from,
Jenny Wildcat
