Part Two of The Leaky Cauldron's Deathly Hallows Predictions test came out today and since it takes a hour to complete (not that there are that many questions; the pages take that long to load for some unknown reason -- I still love ya Leaky!), I went to imdb.com to find out the crucial information that is necessary for my survival this summer: What fantastic movies are coming this summer and what are the release dates?

It pains me to say that I was sadly disappointed in last year's summer movie season.  I had been anticipating "The da Vinci Code" (which was kind of a letdown) "Pirates 2" and "Cars" and "Superman Returns" was a pleasant surprise, but that was it.  Nothing else really got me excited about going to the movies last year, which was a crying shame.  This year, however, there is plenty to keep me happy.

May seems to be the big month for movies this year (happy birthday to me -- in two weeks!)  "Spider-Man 3" is out this Friday (May 4).  "Shrek the Third" is out May 18 (one day after my b-day! woot!) "Pirates 3" is May 25.  June hits a bit of a dry spell, but "Ratatouille" (the new Pixar movie) comes out June 29 and then July... well, we all know the significance of a certain two weeks in July: "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" the movie is July 13 and when that disappoints, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" the book will be there one week later on July 21 to pick us up and let us down again (maybe I should look into a prescription for Prozac for July ^_^)

It's good to think that at least some of my summer is planned.  I've been cleaning and packing my room for the Big Moving Day on Saturday.  I took my bed off the cinderblocks yesterday, which has made for a pleasant change in my sleeping arrangement.  Prior to yesterday, I had my bed propped up on cinderblocks because there isn't a lot of storage space in my apartment and I could stash a lot of my crap under the bed.  The downside was that my bed was so high that I had to climb on a chair to get on my bed and carefully jump down to get off.  It wasn't very relaxing and I felt like that guy in "Titanic" who had to shout over all the dead bodies "Is anyone alive out there? Halloooo!"  But now, my room feels bigger and it's a lot more cozy.  Too bad I only get it for two days.  Oh well.

In between packing marathons, I have gotten into watching Tokyo Mew Mew on YouTube (I *heart* YT!)  I'm only eight episodes into it, but Pudding is the cutest wacky character ever! (I liked her even when I was reading the manga before I started on the anime -- it still haven't read the last volume of the manga, so please no spoilers! kthx)  Ichigo is my favorite and it's probably obvious why (infused with the DNA of a wildcat, says "nya!" all the time, lots of PINK! -- yeah, it's obvious ^_^)  Mint's kind of mean though, but Lettuce has the coolest attack!  Who thought castanets would take out a psychotic Kimera Anima?  Kishu is either disgustingly perverted or pervertedly disgusting, I haven't decided which.  Sure, the whole show's really sweet and sparkly, but I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff :3

You like all the characters I like! YAY! LETTUCE ROCKS!!!! Hailey, Caitlin, and I are making a fan fiction for Tokyo Mew Mew. It's pretty cool. I'll tell you about it when you come out.
I'm a little disappointed in YT, there are many Ranma 1\2 episodes than there used to. *SOB*
And there's hardly any Rurouni Kenshin in english *More sobs*
