I've actually started re-reading the books, but I'm just barely finishing Sorcerer's Stone -- I blame all the schoolwork I have to do in preparation for graduation. Who knows? I might actually finish on the same schedule as these guys, even though they haven't officially started yet.
I can't really limit myself to "just" two chapters a day -- then again, I might go for it.
Speaking of being indecisive...

Countdown to Spring Break: It's here! It's here (well, in an hour and a half ^_^) The car is fueled up and packed.
